The reason is most likely linked to a malfunction in the Asia Pacific Gateway and as such, connection issues may continue until February 6th, when repairs are set to be completed. If you are living in the affected region, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience and kindly ask that you wait until the undersea cables have been repaired.
